ERCP done

This afternoon Rick had another ecrp done to fix the stent that was replaced two months ago.  The Dr felt that the stent had shifted and he was able to correct its positioning. He also inserted another plastic stent inside the metal stent as a temporary fix to help with the draining of the liver. Another stent will have to be put in at a later date.  The Drs felt the stent being out of place was the cause of Ricks pain the past couple of weeks and we are all hoping for an improvement in his pain level.

It certainly has been a very long couple of months but we are looking foward to visiting family and relaxing on the beaches of Lake Huron very soon. The Drs feel Rick will improve very quickly now that this procedure has been done .
